- Booking and Payment: 1.1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. 1.2. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking to secure your reservation. 1.3. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, or any other payment methods specified on our website.
- Cancellation and Refund: 2.1. Cancellations made by the customer: – Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the tour date will receive a full refund. – Cancellations made between 3 to 7 days prior to the tour date will incur a 50% cancellation fee. – Cancellations made less than 3 days prior to the tour date are non-refundable. 2.2. Cancellations made by Sky Dubai Tour: – In the event of unforeseen circumstances or operational reasons, we reserve the right to cancel the tour. In such cases, a full refund will be provided to the customer.
- Tour Itinerary: 3.1. The itinerary provided on our website or through other communication channels is subject to change due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or any other unforeseen circumstances. 3.2. Sky Dubai Tour reserves the right to alter the tour itinerary, including but not limited to flight routes, landing sites, and duration, to ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers.
- Health and Safety: 4.1. Passengers must adhere to all safety instructions provided by the pilot and ground staff. 4.2. Pregnant women, individuals with pre-existing medical conditions, and those with mobility impairments should consult a healthcare professional before booking the tour. 4.3. Sky Dubai Tour reserves the right to refuse boarding to any passenger deemed unfit for the tour due to health or safety reasons.
- Liability: 5.1. Sky Dubai Tour shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, air traffic control restrictions, or technical issues. 5.2. Passengers participate in the tour at their own risk and are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the duration of the tour.
- Privacy Policy: 6.1. Sky Dubai Tour respects the privacy of its customers and will only collect personal information necessary for booking and providing tour services. 6.2. Customer information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or with explicit consent from the customer.
- Governing Law: 7.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. 7.2. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
